·      Skewers (select two) Satay chicken with crushed peanuts / Chargrilled sirloin and confit red onion / Pork belly and pineapple / Prawns with garlic, lemon, coriander / Halloumi, courgette, pepper, red onion

·      Sliders (select two) Braised lamb, beet jam / Pork belly, Asian slaw / Fried chicken, crisp lettuce

·      Tacos with salad bar and condiments (select two) Pulled pork / Crispy market fish / Spiced bean & fire roasted pepper

·      Salad Bar (select three) Duck, pickled cucumber, spring onion, crispy shallots, hoisin / Iceberg wedge, pastrami, shaved parmesan, Kewpie mayo / Hot smoked salmon, broccolini, pickled red onion, horseradish cream / Roast chicken thighs, orzo, green goddess dressing / Roast root vegetable, sundried pesto, spinach, seeds & nuts

·      Pop Up Oyster Bar (select two) (in season, additional cost) Natural with champagne vinaigrette / Beer battered / Kilpatrick / Panko crumbed
