Established in 2003, Mash Catering is the brainchild of Chef Mat Jackson. Southland born Mat travelled the world setting up and running kitchens at Wembley Stadium and Madison Square Gardens (to name a few) and was on tour with some of the biggest names in music.
All this experience has shaped the exciting dining experiences MASH Catering delivers to their guests today. Passionate about preparing and serving good honest Southland food, Mat and his team can create a seasonal, locally sourced menu to cater for the most discerning palate, complemented by friendly & obliging Southland service.
Now also the in-house caterer for the stunning spaces at Anderson House and The Hideaway 201, the team at MASH create events designed to surprise and delight. However, they are not limited to 4 walls by any means - so if you are planning an event in the middle of a field, beside the sea, under the stars – MASH’s mobile team will be there. They take care of everything from food and menu design, full bar and wait service, to dressing tables and adding those special touches.
